Returns 

 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

Your item must be uncut and have no damage. 

 

Your items need to have itemised receipt as proof of purchase.  

(This does not included card receipt or invoices) 

 

Additional information. We ONLY offer a partial refund for bespoke items to cover costs of materials, please note if you require a larger product than you're returning you will be charged an additional cost. 

 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
